Scare in this early edition (Second) from May 1960, NOT a new reprint! This is a general introduction to Hatha Yoga, with attention to breathing, chakras, hygiene & nutrition, & the asanas (poses). Hardcover has faded red cloth-covered boards & gilt lettering to spine. In 174 pages with 20 black & white photographs (some really creepy of yogis--including the author-- after extreme fasting).
