🚚 Shipping & Handling
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- We ship across India through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Estimated standard delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong book delivered
- Major physical damage or missing pages
- Duplicate or defective copies
Note: As we deal in pre-owned books, minor signs of use such as faded covers, yellowing pages, stamps, name markings, or slight wear and tear are not considered defects.
📩 How to Initiate a Return
Email us at usedbooks99official@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
❗ Important Notes
- Returned books must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Cover design, publisher, print year, and edition may vary depending on stock availability. We guarantee the same title and a readable copy.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
❌ Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If a customer confirms an order and the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be eligible for free cancellation.
In case the customer refuses delivery, cancels the order after dispatch, or the shipment is returned due to non-acceptance, the customer shall bear both:
- Forward shipping charges, and
- Return shipping charges charged by the courier partner.
These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
