Rico is an odd boy-a "proddity," as his mom says, with mild learning difficulties that mean he has to figure out problems in his own particular way. But Rico is genius at noticing little things nobody else does. Like a string of spaghetti stuck to the sidewalk. Or a pin of a red plastic airplane. Or the strange behavior of the neighbors in his apartment building.
