"While picking the people I wanted to profile, I ensured that they be from as diverse backgrounds and industries as possible. We even had a few alumni voting on who should be profiled in the book. Since I was doing it for IIM - A, it was easier to approach people and gain their trust. The interviews were conducted over a period of three months in six different cities," said Bansal. "It was the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship at the institute that had approached me with a vague idea of what they wanted. It was after that, that I started working on the book and seven months later, we released It. " said Bansal. Rashmi is also a Consulting Editor for 'Cracking Careers', the careers show on business news channel UTVi. She mentors students and young entrepreneurs in colleges across India.
